DISPATCH
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. It is our aim to send out all in-stock orders on the same day whenever possible. During peak periods or high-volume releases, please allow 1–5 business days for processing. Delivery times will vary depending on your location (see shipping estimates for your country above). Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day.

SHIPPING PROTECTION
Add Shipping Protection at checkout to ensure your order is fully covered in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit. If something goes wrong, we will send a replacement immediately. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Once your order has left our warehouse and is with the carrier, any transit-related issues fall outside of our control, which is why protection is strongly recommended.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not have control over these fees and cannot advise on the cost, as customs policies vary widely between countries.
The customer accepts full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they choose to refuse a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors such as international customs processing, carrier delays, and public holidays can affect transit times and are outside of our control.
If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us and we will work with you to help resolve the situation.
