All dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may change due to factors outside our control.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
It is our aim to send out all in-stock orders on the same day whenever possible. During peak periods or high-volume releases, please allow 1–5 business days for processing. Orders placed over the weekend and on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Preorder items will be dispatched from the date listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, in-stock items will ship first, with preorder items sent separately once available.
