RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At KNOWSUBTLE, every product is produced and packed to precise standards. Because of this, returns and exchanges are only accepted under the strict conditions below.

ELIGIBILITY PERIOD

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. This timeframe is firm and cannot be extended. Requests made after 7 days are not eligible.

Please contact our support team at support@knowsubtle.com to begin a return or exchange request.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items undergo a thorough quality inspection before shipping. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, contact us at support@knowsubtle.com so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate support.

If an issue develops after you have worn your item, please reach out to us so we can review the situation. We are always happy to assess genuine manufacturing concerns.

Please note that general wear and tear, damage from washing, stretching, fading, or marks that occur after use are not typically considered manufacturing faults, but we will always take a fair and reasonable approach when assessing each case.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Items must be returned in their original, flawless condition:

  • Completely unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No marks, deodorant, makeup, scent, lint, or stretching
  • Tags attached exactly as received
  • In original packaging

Items showing handling wear, creasing, or altered tags will be declined.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are offered for the same product only, in a different size, subject to availability at time of approval.

Key points:

  • Customer covers return shipping and shipping for the new item.
  • Exchanges are processed only after the original item passes inspection.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, the order will be refunded instead.
  • We do not exchange for different products.

All exchange requests must be emailed to support@knowsubtle.com.

SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Tracked services are strongly recommended. Items lost or damaged during return transit cannot be refunded or exchanged.

INSPECTION & PROCESSING

Returned items undergo a detailed inspection that may take up to 14 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 - 5 business days.
  • Exchanges are dispatched after the exchange shipping fee is paid.

If the item does not meet condition requirements, it will be returned to the customer with no refund or exchange issued.

WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT

Your request will be declined if:

  • Requested after 7 days
  • Tags are removed, damaged, or altered
  • The item shows any wear, scent, staining, or creasing
  • Packaging is missing or damaged
  • It was poorly packaged and arrives damaged
  • There is evidence of unreasonable handling

Returns and exchanges may be shipped to our warehouse only after approval. Do not send items back prior to contacting support.
