KNOWSUBTLE stands behind the quality of all products sold. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us. We’re here to help and will do our best to address any concerns you may have.

We inspect every item carefully before it ships. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

*The only conditions in which KNOWSUBTLE offers refunds is if the garment arrives with a manufacturing fault. However, this does not include general wear and tear. If the return falls outside this period, or the item is not in the same condition as you received it KNOWSUBTLE cannot accept the returned items.

INCORRECT SIZES

We can not guarantee a size exchange due to the limited nature of our products. If however, you have purchased the wrong size, don’t worry! We may be able to help. If your desired size is still in stock, we may be able to offer a size exchange. Please contact us via email at support@knowsubtle.com with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Name, size, and colour of the item you wish to exchange

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. Additionally, please include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for us to send the new item back to you.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
